Unfortunately, since we started nearly 20 years ago, the property and rental market has changed rapidly meaning we've had to change rapidly too to keep up with the times.
Our lettings team are all Propertymark qualified. They undertake regular training to ensure they are absolutely, fully up to date with all aspects and law and requirements. There are currently around 168 laws and 400 requirements involved in renting out property and we ensure that we are always at the top of our game.
